These meals are fun and easy to make - the kids will love helping with some of the recipes...

Children love to cook and it's a great way of encouraging them to try new foods and to discourage fussy eating.

The majority of meals are oven or hob cooked, so extra special care is needed when cooking with an open flame or hot surface or using sharp knives.

Be sure to talk to your children about safety in the kitchen so they are aware of the dangers.
